Schnitzelhuber, ausschließlich auf Schnitzelgerichte spezialisiert, setzt künftig auf Franchising. Im Juni 2008 eröffnete nach drei eigenen Restaurants der erste Franchise-Standort an einem Autohof an der A5 in Baden-Württemberg. Fünf weitere Standorte sind bereits vertraglich gesichert.
